Position: Digital Officer

Siyemi Learning, a medical education company, specialising in continuing medical education (CME) and continuing professional development (CPD) for healthcare professionals located in Manchester, UK, currently has an exceptional opportunity for a Digital Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company with control of its digital and online collateral, including online presentation of websites and eLearning, to design elements, and data analysis and control. All activities being integral to the support of the development and delivery of accredited CME activities (live and online).

The role provides the opportunity for growth and development for positions of greater responsibility within the company.

Role to include the following

Digital project support
Manage company learning management system (LMS)
• Liaise with LMS vendor to develop/manage LMS portals
• Work with content specialists to build/publish online courses within the LMS
• Run LMS reports on course and learner metrics
Manage company and project-specific social media channels
Manage web domains and email boxes.

Design support
Create/support preparation of digital and print meeting materials: online registrations, evaluations, handouts, etc.
Basic video editing for interview and promotional materials (i.e. YouTube/Vimeo and social).

Data management and analytics
Monitor web analytics across platforms (e.g. Google analytics)
Data management (e.g. SurveyMonkey results, evaluation data)
Database management (e.g. LMS learner databases).

Manage external vendors for design, eLearning, internet services
Company-wide document management and digital quality assurance (QA)
Monitor progress of own project components through project management, editorial, and creative processes
Participate in project teams where digital components are required.

Ability to provide support to internal team members and external partners
Attention to detail including a good eye for graphic and digital design
Capacity for problem solving: anticipating, initiating and resolving project or supplier issues
Ability to identify additional needs and respond creatively
Some national and international travel may be required (valid passport)
